The Friends of the Reading Public Library are pleased to announce the 2024 House Tour for Sunday, May 5. This year’s tour features eight beautiful homes that represent what makes Reading special. The homes vary in style, layout, age and size. Each have been transformed to meet the owners' needs and tastes, and/or to restore a historic home to its original splendor or incorporate contemporary, functional updates to a classic style. You'll walk through homes located in neighborhoods throughout town, including two houses on the same street.

As the biggest fundraiser undertaken by the Friends, the Tour primarily supports the library's Summer Reading Programs for all ages, as well as guest speakers, author visits, story times...and more! 

Tickets are $25 per person and available at the Reading Library and Whitelam Books. 

Tickets are $30 per person the day of the tour.
