The Friends of the Reading Public Library is a separate, non-profit 501 (c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to enhancing library services in the town of Reading. Each year we raise $30,000 to $40,000 to deliver these programs not otherwise funded.
Our mission is to:
-
provide enriching programming to support community interest;
-
supplement library funding received from the town;
-
support our talented library staff.
We meet at 7 p.m. the fourth Monday of the month,
September through June.
